How to Request Account Deletion

To request deletion of your VolleyHub account, send an email from the email address associated with your VolleyHub account.

What Will Be Deleted

After your request is verified, we will delete your VolleyHub account and personal account information under our control that is associated with that account, subject to information that must be retained for legitimate operational, security, legal, or recordkeeping purposes.

Team and Shared Information

Some information in VolleyHub may be part of shared team records, such as schedules, attendance records, announcements, roster-related records, messages, or other team activity. Information that is necessary to preserve legitimate team records may be retained or de-identified where appropriate rather than deleting the entire shared team record.

Processing Your Request

We may ask you to verify that you control the email address associated with the account before processing the request. Account deletion requests will be processed within a reasonable period after verification.
